TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 164 OF 2019 By Angelina Akinyi Obiero, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petronala Jagero Abiero alias Petronala Jagero, who died on 7th February, 2005. CAUSE NO. 165 OF 2019 By (1) Angelina Akinyi Obiero and (2) George Okoth Obiero, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Obiero Abiero, who died on 22nd June, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
