TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Richard Bii, of P.O. Box 61, Litein in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseah Kibii Siele alias Joseah arap Siele, who died at Kaptembwo, on 7th June, 2007. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By (1) Augustine Kiptesot Rotich and (2) Mary Chesang, both of P.O. Box 208, Bomet in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepomasie arap Torongei, who died at Siriat, Yaganek, on 20th February, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
