TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2022 By Benson Mutiria Kaunanku, of P.O. Box 1–60215, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muutu Mutiria, who died at Nairobi, on 12th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2022 By Paul Maingi Mitugo, of P.O. Box 243, Mituguu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mitugo Riungu, who died at St. Orsola Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
