TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 39 OF 2022 By Peninnah Mutile Mwanza, of P.O. Box 1050–90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kilonzo Mutua, late of Kileleshwa, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2021. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By Mutiso Nzovi Mboloi, of P.O. Box 550, Tala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalekye Nzovi, who died on 7th April, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
