TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By Susan Mugambi Ndumba, of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriko Mwoga alias M’Miriko Mwoga Icengi, who died at Tharaka, on 20th November, 1993. CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2021 By Marisina Gacwe, of P.O. Box 1, Marimanti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Miriko Mwoga alias M’Miriko Mwoga Icengi, who died at Rukurini Sub- location, on 30th November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
