TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2022 By Kerina Anyango Amolo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amolo Alfayo Ondiek, who died on 13th September, 2010. CAUSE NO. E48 OF 2022 By Ajwang William Okanga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Prisca Akinyi Ajwang alias Prisker Ajuang, who died on 12th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2022 By Ajwang William Okanga, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Adiang Ajwang alias Peter Ajuang, who died on 8th April, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
