TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E71 OF 2021 By (1) Ali Chege and (2) Zuhura Wangui Gatibui, both of P.O. Box 104805–00101, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haji Swaleh alias Saleh bin Ali, who died at Nairobi, on 23rd September, 1987. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2021 By (1) Mohammed Mohamed Hussein and (2) Abdirizak Hussein Mohamud, both of P.O. Box 15225–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hussein Mohamud Ali, who died on 23rd July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2022 By (1) Mustafa Ramzan Kamani, (2) Zebunnissa Bakirali Esmailjee and (3) Rehana Mustafa Ramzan, all of P.O. Box 39511–00623, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s father-in-law, mother and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suhel Bakirali Nurdin Esmailjee, who died at Nairobi, on 17th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
