TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Kassam Esmail Abdalla, of P.O. Box 23878–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of the last will to the estate of Fatmabai Mohamed Abdalla, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 17th November, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
