Box 51500-00200, Nairobi within fourteen (14) days from the date of this notice. The objection(s) should state clearly the name, address and telephone number of the person(s) or entity objecting, the reasons for the objection to the grant of the certificate/license and should be signed by the objector. The Agriculture and Food Authority proposes to issue the Letter of Comfort to the applicant who will have complied with the Crops Act of 2013 and any other relevant written law on the 25th April , 2022. Upon successful completion of construction of the mill within two (2) years from the date of grant of Letter of Comfort in compliance to the Crops Act 2013; the Authority intends to issue a milling license to the applicant.
