IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 206 (3) of the Public Finance Management (National Government) Regulations, 2015, the Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury and Planning makes the following Guidelines— THE PUBLIC FINANCE MANAGEMENT (SINKING FUND) (REVOCATION) GUIDELINES, 2022 1. These Guidelines may be cited as the Public Finance Management (Sinking Fund) (Revocation) Guidelines, 2022. 2. The Public Finance Management (Sinking Revocation of GN.
