REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Gichuhi Muiruri (ID/5388528), of P.O. Box 30552-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land registered under title No. Ruiru/Ruiru West Block 3/778, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost or missing, and all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
