REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Mbau Njoroge (ID/1194501), of P.O. Box 82, Sabasaba in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 5/Mariaini/1086 and Loc. 5/Ngurweini/934, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
