REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Adhiambo, as the administrator of the estate of Isaiah Omogo Were (deceased), vide succession Cause 1113. 423 of 2004, in the High Court of Kenya at Mombasa, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piete of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under' 'title No. Kwale/Mafisini/926, and whereas sufficient evidence klas been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has ben lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days froth the date hereof, I shall issue a new title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
