WHEREAS (1) David Maina Muruga, (2) Michael Ngaruiya Wangi and (3) Jairo Gichuhi Muthee, as the trustees of Kiahuko Vision 2015 Y M Group, of P.O. Box 357, Nanyuki in the Republic of Kenya. registered as proprietors in the absotute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.046 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Laikipia, registered under the title No. Tigithi Matanya Block 3/3306 (Matanya Centre), and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register (green card) shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
