THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muthotho Kamau Gathatwa (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 4.97 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/01 Kalou Central/839, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 22 of 2018, has issued letters of administration to Jackson Kariuki Muthotho (ID/2934047 and (2) Stephen Kiguo Muthotho (ID/7816758), and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Muthotho Kamau Gathatwa (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of LRA. 39 and LRA. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlir to the said Muthotho Kamau Gathatwa (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
