REGISTRATION

WHEREAS M'Ikiara M'Njaru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Meru, known as Nkuene/Uruku/1235, and whereas the High Court in succession Cause No. 119 of 1999, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) 8th April, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE 1819 Isaac Kinyua M'Ikiara and (2) Geoffrey Gitonga M'Ikiara, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to M'Ikiara M'Njaru (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19, in the name of (1) Isaac Kinyua M'Ikiara and (2) Geoffrey Gitonga M'Ikiara, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M'Ikiara M'Njaru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
