WHEREAS Maxwell Kinyanjui Miringu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land, containing 0.398, 0.042, 0.041 and 0.055 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Kaputiei North/40743, 40744, 40745 and 40746, respectively, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession Cause No. 518 of 2012, has issued grant in favour of (1) Rosemary Alice Kinyanjui alias Rosemary Baldwin Kinyanjui (ID/35939041) and (2) Nancy Nyokabi Dolores Kinyanjui (ID/35939041), to be registered as administrators, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maxwell Kinyanjui Miringu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. GAZETTE Nonce No. 3965 THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT (No. 3 of 2012) REGISTRATION OF INSTRUMENT WHEREAS Muturi Kiongo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Trans Nzoia/Cherangany/74, situate in the district of Trans Nzoia, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya in succession Cause No. 80 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Ruth Njeri Mururi and (2) Francis Kiongo Muturi, and whereas the land title deed issued earlier to Muturi Kiongo (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument and RL. 19 and RL. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Muturi Kiongo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
