NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of Audi A4 Saloon, registration No. KBJ 883K, to collect the same from the premises of Zayn Autocare Limited, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding repairs, storage and any other incidental costs incurred as at the date delivery is taken. If not collected at the expiry of the notice, the said vehicle will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owner to defray storage charges and related charges in accordance with the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act.
