NOTICE is given pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of household goods: 2 fluffy carpets, 3 seater sofa recliner sofaset, 2seater black sofa set, 1 wooden dinning table, 6 wooden dinning chairs, 1 ramtons dispenser, 1 glass coffee table, 1 metal desk, 1 television, to take delivery of their household goods which are currently stored at Startruck Car Yard and Storage, Kiambu Road, next to Fourways Estate, Kiambu, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with and cost of publishing and any other incidental costs, failure to which the same shal be disposed of by public auction, tender or private treaty by Icon Auctioneers, Tembo Co-op House, 3rd Floor, Moi Avenue, P.O. Box 40781-00100, Nairobi, and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owners. Dated the 6th April, 2022.
