NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicles KBZ 990K, Toyota Lexus and Land Rover Chasis No. SALLDHMF7HA901407 which are lying at Ultra Autotech (K) Limited, Sotik Road, off Bunyala Road, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumulated storage charges and any other incidental costs incurred as at the dated delivery is taken. If the aforesaid vehicle is not collected at the expiry of this notice, the same will be sold by public auction without any further reference thereof. Dated the 6th April, 2022. P. N.
