THE ROADS (AMENDMENT) ACT
APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 13 (l) of the
Kenya Roads (Amendment) Act, 2022, the Cabinet Secretary for
Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public
Works appoints—
PHILEMON KIPROP KANDIE (ENG.) to be the Director General of the Kenya Rural Roads Authority, for a period of tfive (5) years, with effect from the 13th April, 2022.
