REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sarah Celel Boit, as administrator of Samuel Kiplele Boit, of P.O. Box 243–30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.49 hectare or thereabouts, known as Portion No. 2096, Malindi, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as CR. 14325/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
