THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Isaac Shpak and (2) Saida Shpak alias Saida Hassan Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 99991-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1619 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered as C.R. 28686/1, and whereas the certificate of title in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
