THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Heronsgate Limited, of P.O. Box 87227, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2427 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa/Block XXI/265A, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
