REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Geoffrey Kiruki Mbijiwe (ID/2368793), is the registered proprietor in of all that piece of land containing 3.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Meru, registered under title No. Kiamuri “A”/1470, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register thereof is lost or destroyed, efforts made to locate the said register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
