REGISTRATION

WHEREAS A. Kinuthia Njiri (deceased), of P.O. Box 61694, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 12.1 acres or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, known as Loc.5/Kagumoini/1268, and whereas the High Court of Kenya in succession cause No. 554 of 2001, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) John Kiarie Kinuthia and (2) Elizabeth Njeri Wanyoike, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land certificate and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said to (1) John Kiarie Kinuthia and (2) Elizabeth Njeri Wanyoike, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said A.
