REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Roise Wangithi Miano alias Roise W. Miano (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.40 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, registered under title No. Inoi/Kamondo/3687, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kerugoya in succession cause No. 200 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to John Muriuki Miano (ID/2897022), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land certificate and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said John Muriuki Miano (ID/2897022), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Roise Wangithi Miano alias Roise W.
