THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njogu Kituambugi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Embu, known as Kagaari/Kigaa/3181, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Runyenjes in succession Cause No. E033 of 2021, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Miriam Wanjira Njogu (ID/0721625), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said 1950 1950 land title deed in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document in the name of Miriam Wanjira Njogu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njogu Kituambugi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
