ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, notice is given to the owners of the undermentioned motor vehicles to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from Muthithi Go-Down, Westlands Road, upon payment of all storage charges and other incidental costs incurred by the company until delivery of the vehicles are taken. Notice is further given that the motor vehicles shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and proceeds of the sale or part thereof shall be used to defray the outstanding amount owing, should the owner fail to take delivery within the stipulated period as herein above stipulated.
