NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th October, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 835, in Volume DI, Folio 61/396, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Richard Kamunyu Kariuki, of P.O. Box 40111–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Richard Kamunyu Njoki, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Richard Kamunyu Njoki and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Richard Kamunyu Kariuki, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Richard Kamunyu Kariuki only.
