NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 6th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 871, in Volume D1, Folio 1021/1321, File No. MMXX, our client, Comfort Mwandi Lumunyasi, of P.O. Box 462– 00511, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Comfort Mwandi Namachanja, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Comfort Mwandi Namachanja, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Comfort Mwandi Lumunyasi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Comfort Mwandi Lumunyasi only.
