NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 462, in Volume D1, Folio 83/623, File No. MMXXII, our client, Benard Maithya Sammy, of P.O. Box 6474– 00300, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Benard Maithya Mathila, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Benard Maithya Mathila, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Benard Maithya Sammy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Benard Maithya Sammy only.
