REGISTRATION

WHEREAS East African Common Services Authority, of P.O. Box 30005, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as lessee of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 11402, Kwale, situate in Kwale Municipality in Kwale District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease as provided under section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
