REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Ndambuki Kimondiu, of P.O. Box 1, Kikima in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Makueni, registered under title Nos. Mbooni/Mutitu/1360, 1452, 1515, 2389, Makueni/Kaliani/359,447, 814, 2261, 2462 and 2463, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
