REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mecap Company Limited, of P.O. Box 84367, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in 22nd April, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE 2061 leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1400 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, registered under title No. Mombasa Block XXVI/951, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
