REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Jason Mbuthia Kaminju (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Dundori/Mugwathi Block 2/2, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the High Court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 628 of 2014, has issued grant in favour of (1) David Kaminju Mbuthia and (2) Penis Waithira Mbuthia, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50, and whereas the title deed in respect of George Jason Mbuthia Kaminju (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 50 in the names of (1) David Kaminju Mbuthia and (2) Penis Waithira Mbuthia„ and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said George Jason Mbuthia Kaminju (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
