THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Kiprop Tiony (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nandi, known as No. Nandi/Sarora/08, and whereas the senior principal magistrate's court at Kapsabet in succession Cause No. E427 of 2021, has issued letters of administration in favour of (1) Lenah Jepkoech and (2) Moses Kiptum Katonon, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the said land title deed to be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission and issue of land title deed to the said (1) Lenah Jepkoech and (2) Moses Kiptum Katonon, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Charles Kiprop Tiony (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
