REGISTRATION

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicles registration Nos. KCC 544Y, Toyota Allion and KAZ 418R, Toyota Ipsum, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles which are lying at the premises of Langata Paradise Apartment, Nairobi, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all storage charges, auctioneers costs and any other incidental charges plus cost of publishing this notice. Failure to which the said motor vehicles will be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further reference to the owner in order to defray storage charges, auctioneers costs and related charges in accordance with the Act, but should there be any shortfall, the owners will be liable.
