TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 111 OF 2021 By (1) Pauline Muthoni Macharia, (2) David Kibe Macharia, (3) Winnie Wairimu Macharia and (4) Janet Njeri Macharia, all of P.O. Box 88960–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Macharia Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta Coast Province General Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022 By Saumu Ali Masila, of P.O. Box 90295–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zahura Ali Masila, who died at Portreitz Hospital in Kenya, on 7th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
