TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 8th April, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2021 By (1) Christopher Njiru Nthiga and (2) Rita Njiru, both of P.O. Box 310, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Mary Njiru alias Njiru Anna Mary, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2021 By Victor Muchangi Njeru, of P.O. Box 9521, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Leonard Ireri Kwenja, who died at Ruiru, on 1st December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E20 OF 2021 By (1) Edwin Ndwiga Njiru Muriithi, (2) Elijah Gichangi Njiruh and (3) Felista Wawira Njiru, all of P.O. Box 1217, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Njiru Hezekiah Ndwiga, who died at Mufu, on 13th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2021 By (1) Beth Muthoni Kamau Waiyaki, of Bobby K. Marks Drive, Apt. 55, Huntsville, Texas, 77340, USA, (2) Ann Muringo Kanai and (3) Mary Wamarwa Kanai, both of P.O. Box 19939, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Njogu Kanai, who died at Kagio Nursing Home, on 29th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
