Maina alias Willie K. arap Maina alias Willie Kibet A. Maina alias Willie Kibet Maina, late of Kapsoya, Uasin Gishu, who died at St. Luke’s Hospital in Kenya, on 25th July, 2020. Box 50966–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Kipkemoi Kangogo, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 16th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2022 By (1) James Kipyator Chepkuto, of P.O. Box 6242–30100, Eldoret in Kenya and (2) Samson Kipkorir Cherono, of P.O. Box 5520–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepkuto Bargot, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 14th April, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
