TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2022 By (1) Samwel Kipyegon Korir and (2) Joseph Cheruiyot Tobit, both of P.O. Box 292, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapnyanga arap Tobit, who died at Kapsigirio Sub-location, on 16th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2022 By Joseph Chepkwony Rugut, of P.O. Box 22, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat Kimetto, who died at Sibaiyan Sub-location, on 18th September, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
