TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E60 OF 2022 By Ramanbhai Talsibhai Patel, of P.O. Box 83940–80100, Mombasa in Kenya and (2) Naymish P. Patel, of 708, Bluff Road, Statham, Georgia 30666, United States of America, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Pravinchandra Bhailalbhai Patel alias Pravinchindra Bhailabhai Patel alias Pravinbhai Bhailalbhai Patel alias Pravinchandra B. Patel, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 17th January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
