TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1125 OF 2021 By (1) Charles Agina Agina, (2) Nora Adhiambo Agina Nyakora, (3) Celment Kwach Agina and (5) Elkana Osiru Agina, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Agina Asimba, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2022 By Christine Akoth Opany, of P.O. Box 1490, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pereskila Ogambe Robot, who died on 7th December, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
