TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2022 By (1) Genevieve Mary Musumba, (2) Anne Dorothy Musumba, (3) Esther Achieng Musumba and (4) Thomas Joseph Ochieng Musumba, the deceased’s daughters and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharriah Peter Musumba, who died on 26th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2022 By Esther Akumu Nyangore, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyangore Amolo alias Ogola Amolo, who died on 13th May, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
