TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By Felix Ibahaka Obatia, of P.O. Box 2436, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mate Asanya, late of Mugomari, who died there on 15th July, 2004. CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2022 By Nathan Lumumba Olunyori, of P.O. Box 2261, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gadi Mutsotso Olunyuli alias Gadi Omutsotso Olunyori, who died at Eshisiru Medical Cottage, on 2nd July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
