TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E644 OF 2021 By (1) Michael Kinyanjui Kahiga and (2) Fredrick Waithaka Nduta, both of P.O. Box 98685, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nduta Kiiru, late of Kirigiti, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 7th October, 2002. 8th April, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
