TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E94 OF 2022 By (1) Stephen Waweru Muiruri and (2) Antony Mburu Muiruri, both of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Gachigi Muiruri, late of Ndumberi, who died there on 13th June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
