TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E480 OF 2021 By Joseph Kimau arap Baiywo, of P.O. Box 20-231, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Baiwa Chuma Koech alias Baina Chuma Koech, late of Lorien Location, who died at Mukima, on 29th July, 2010. CAUSE NO. E481 OF 2021 By Peter Kamau Maina, of P.O. Box 80, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Njagi alias Moses Maina Njagi, late of Gathanji Location, who died there on 25th March, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
