TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2021 By Jane G. Ndwiga, of P.O. Box 770-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph M. Ndwiga Njiru, who died at St. Matia Mulumba Hospital in Kenya, on 5th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2022 By (1) Silas Gicovi Josphat and (2) Margaret Werimba Njiru, both of P.O. Box 251, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwenga Njeru, who died at Kiawanja, Gatunduri Sub-location, on 16th May, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
